Membership is not transferable, but registered members may do online reservation on behalf of unregistered person(s).

Members' personal information shall only be used by t2china and the necessary partners to provide the services and inform you of our new features, services, and products. t2china.com shall not disclose the information to a third party. t2china may disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such an action is necessary.

Customers will get one point for every dollar spent on buying t2china services. During promotion periods, the customers will get two points for every dollar spent.
Corporate travel manager in charge of a corporate member account is entitled to earn 10 percent of total corporate member transaction points.
t2china Reward may modify this agreement from time to time, with or without notice and your continued participation in the program after such a modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check the t2china Reward site regularly to determine whether any terms and conditions have been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this agreement, you must immediately cease participation in t2china Reward.

All reservations have to be reconfirmed at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure or arrival. Failure to do so means cancellations of reservations and t2china.com does not and cannot guarantee cancelled reservations can be rescheduled.

Only cancellation of reservations that have not passed the cancellation period will be entertained. Based on the cancellation period set by the supplier, there is a corresponding cancellation charge that is calculated as a percentage of the product and/or service priced. The user will be given the refund with the full reservation price less five percent bank transaction fee and cancellation charge.

t2china guarantees on time delivery. In case where your delivery address is not in any of t2china cities for delivery, please e-mail us to process your order.

t2china online is not responsible for mishaps that happen from buying products of its suppliers. Tourism information in this Website is provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes.

t2china.com does not warrant that the use of t2china.com will be uninterrupted, error free and virus free.

t2china.com does not warrant the accuracy of information, availability and/or quality of products and/or services provided by its suppliers.

You agree that the travel services reservations facilities of this Website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
